What this website is

The site describes KARNOVA's advisory and implementation work — business systems, sales and customer follow-up, automation, reporting, brand, websites, content and customer acquisition. It publishes selected projects, Insights articles, the sectors KARNOVA works in, and information about the KARNOVA products in development.

It is written to help you decide whether a conversation is worth having. Everything here is general information about the kind of work we do. None of it is advice for your particular business, because we have not seen your business yet.

What these terms do not replace

These terms govern the website only. They do not replace, vary or override:

• a client agreement or engagement letter
• a proposal or a quotation
• a statement of work or an agreed project scope
• the licence and product terms of any KARNOVA software, if and when one is released

Where a separately agreed document covers the same ground, that document governs the work. This page governs the website.

Getting in touch does not start an engagement

Sending the enquiry form, or messaging one of the published WhatsApp routes, does not by itself:

• create a consulting engagement
• create a contract between you and KARNOVA
• oblige KARNOVA to accept the work
• oblige you to proceed with anything

The form tells you when your enquiry has been received. That is a receipt, not an acceptance. Paid work begins only once the scope and the commercial terms have been agreed between us, in writing where the work warrants it. KARNOVA may decline an enquiry.

Where a piece of paid work follows, its scope, its fee, its timing and what you receive at the end are confirmed with you before anything starts. Those confirmed terms are the ones that apply, and nothing on this site is a fixed offer.

No guaranteed outcomes

KARNOVA works to improve how a business sells, operates, follows up with customers, reports and grows. Whether that produces a particular commercial result depends on the business, its market, its people, and decisions outside our control.

Nothing on this site is a promise of revenue, profit, sales, new customers, market entry, distribution or buyer relationships, investment, funding, or approval by any authority.

The project pages describe what was built for a client and what changed for them. They are a record of work delivered, not a prediction of what will happen for you. The same is true of the sector pages: they describe problems we recognise, not results we can promise in that sector.

Work that needs a qualified specialist

KARNOVA is a business improvement partner. Unless a properly qualified specialist is separately engaged for it, nothing KARNOVA provides is:

• legal advice or legal drafting
• accounting or bookkeeping services
• tax advice or tax filing
• audit or assurance
• regulated financial or investment advice
• anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer or regulatory compliance services

Where a piece of work needs any of those, we say so and work alongside a qualified professional. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that KARNOVA holds a professional or regulated licence for that work.

KARNOVA products

KARNOVA is building three products: KARNOVA Studio, KARNOVA Sales and KARNOVA Finance. All three are in development, and none of them is released software.

• The Products page describes each product as it is being built, and those descriptions may change.
• Nothing on it is an offer to license or supply software, and availability is not guaranteed.
• If and when a product is released commercially it will carry its own licence and product terms, and those terms — not this page — will govern the use of the software.

Intellectual property

The KARNOVA name and wordmark, the design of this site, and the text, layout and original material published on it belong to KARNOVA. Please do not republish them as your own or present them as somebody else's work.

You are welcome to quote a short passage from an Insights article with a link back to it, and to share a link to any page here.

The site also shows material that belongs to other people. Client and project names, brands, logos, product photographs and screenshots on the Selected Work pages remain the property of those businesses and appear here as a record of work delivered. KARNOVA claims no ownership of them, and nothing on this site transfers any right in them to anyone.

Links to other websites

Some pages link out — to a client's live site, to WhatsApp, or to something worth reading. Those services are run by other people. KARNOVA does not control them, does not check them continuously, and is not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.

A link is a reference, not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, and correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, pages are updated, examples are added and descriptions of work in progress move on, so nothing here is guaranteed to be complete or current at the moment you read it. If something matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will tell you where it stands.

The site runs on third-party infrastructure, so it can be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If the site is down and you need us, the WhatsApp routes still work.

Responsibility

KARNOVA is responsible for what it actually does, and this page does not try to exclude liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What it does say is this. This is an informational website. KARNOVA is not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on the general information published here instead of on advice given for your business under an agreed engagement. Responsibility for the work itself is dealt with in the terms of that engagement, not on this page.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as KARNOVA's structure and this site develop. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version published at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
