Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what happens to the information you send KARNOVA through this website. It describes the site as it works today: a set of information pages and one enquiry form.
It is deliberately short. If the site starts doing more with your information than it does now, this page is rewritten before that change goes live.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It also covers the enquiry that form produces and the reply we send you.
It does not cover work KARNOVA does for a client under a separate agreement — that is governed by the terms agreed for that work. WhatsApp is run by another company under its own terms: a message you send us there reaches us and is handled with the same care, but what WhatsApp itself does with it is between you and WhatsApp.
Who is responsible for it
This website is operated by KARNOVA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for the information described on this page.
The contact address at the end of this page reaches the people who handle these requests.
What the enquiry form asks for
The enquiry form asks you for:
- your name
- your business name
- a phone or WhatsApp number
- an email address, if you would rather we replied by email — optional
- the area you want help with, chosen from a short fixed list
- what you would like to improve, in your own words — optional
Four more things are recorded with it: the language you submitted in, the page you submitted from, the time the submission was accepted, and a reference number the site generates so the same enquiry is not recorded twice.
That is all of it. The enquiry record holds no IP address, no browser or device details, no advertising identifier, and nothing about how you moved around the site.
Separately from the form, the infrastructure that serves this site handles the ordinary technical data any web request produces, including the network address the request came from. That is how a page reaches you, and it is what a short-term limit on how many enquiries one sender may submit is measured against. It is not stored with your enquiry and KARNOVA does not use it to build a profile of you.
How we use it
What you send is used to:
- reply to your enquiry
- prepare properly for the conversation you asked for
- discuss and deliver the services you ask us about
- follow up afterwards
- keep an ordinary business record of who we spoke to and what was agreed
- protect the site and the form from abuse
It is not used for advertising, and you are not added to a mailing list. KARNOVA does not run one.
What happens when you submit the form
Your enquiry is written to KARNOVA's own database first, and you are told it has been received only once that has actually happened. If it cannot be written, the page says so and offers WhatsApp instead — it never reports a message as received when it was not.
Delivery to the KARNOVA sales inbox happens straight afterwards, from the stored record. If that delivery fails it is retried from the same record, so a failure does not lose your enquiry and does not ask you to send it again.
If you gave us an email address, the site then sends you one automatic email: a short confirmation that your enquiry arrived, with its reference. It is sent once, it is not marketing, and it does not add you to anything — the reply itself still comes from a person, on the route you asked for. If you gave us only a number, nothing automatic is sent to you at all.
Nobody outside KARNOVA receives your enquiry.
Companies that handle it for us
Running a website means other companies handle part of the work. KARNOVA uses:
- Hetzner — Provides server infrastructure and hosting for the KARNOVA website and related application data.
- Resend — Processes transactional email delivery from the KARNOVA website.
- Google — Provides Google Workspace email services used to receive and manage business communications.
- Cloudflare — Provides DNS services and encrypted off-site backup storage through Cloudflare R2.
Each handles what it needs to do that job, under its own terms, and nothing more is sent to them than the work requires. KARNOVA does not sell, rent or trade your information, and does not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. Beyond the providers above, information is shared only where it is needed to respond to you, to deliver a service you have asked for, or where we are required to share it.
Where it is processed
KARNOVA works from the UAE, and the providers above operate internationally, so your enquiry may be handled on servers outside your own country. We use established providers for that work and send them the minimum the enquiry needs. This page makes no claim beyond that.
Security
We take reasonable care. The site is served over HTTPS , the credentials for the database and the mail service are held as deployment configuration rather than in the site's code, and the form asks for less than most forms do — the less that is collected, the less there is to protect.
The content of an enquiry is not written to the site's operational logs. A log line records that an enquiry was accepted and its reference number, and nothing you wrote.
No website can promise perfect security, and this page does not. KARNOVA claims no certification and no formal compliance programme.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry is kept in the website's own database, in the sales inbox it is delivered to, and in whatever ordinary business record follows from it — a conversation, a proposal, a project.
KARNOVA has not yet set a fixed retention schedule, and this page will not pretend otherwise. In practice an enquiry is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship or needed as a business record. When a formal schedule is set it will be stated here. In the meantime you can ask us to delete yours.
Asking us about your information
You can write to us and ask to:
- see what we hold about you
- correct something that is wrong
- delete what you sent us
- have anything in this policy explained
Write to sales@karnovabusiness.com . We will act on the request, subject to applicable law and to any record we genuinely need to keep. There is no charge for asking.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising pixel and no remarketing tag on any page, and no measurement of how you move around the site is collected or sent anywhere.
Every page is assembled on the server and sent as plain HTML. Its fonts, stylesheet and images come from the site itself rather than from another company's network, and no page here makes a request to a third party.
One small script runs, and only to decide when the WhatsApp button at the bottom of a phone screen should be shown. It reads nothing about you, stores nothing on your device, and sends nothing anywhere - there is no address in it for anything to be sent to. The one thing it looks at is whether a button or a section of the page you are reading is currently on your screen, which never leaves your browser. It comes from this site, it is the only script on any page here, and the site works without it.
One cookie is set, and only on the page carrying the enquiry form. It holds a single-use token that proves the form you submitted is the one this site gave you, which is what stops another website submitting the form on your behalf. It carries no identifier for you, it is not read by anyone else, and it is not used to recognise you on a later visit or on another site.
Because nothing here is used for analytics, advertising or profiling, this site asks you no cookie question. A banner asking permission for tracking that does not exist would be theatre. If analytics is ever added, this section is rewritten and the question is asked before anything is loaded.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as KARNOVA's structure and this site develop. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and a material change will be described here rather than made quietly.

Privacy questions, and any request under this policy: sales@karnovabusiness.com
If it is easier, message the sales route on WhatsApp — the number is in the footer of every page — and ask for it to be passed on.
