We build around how your business already works.
Different businesses sell differently. Before recommending anything we look at how yours actually wins an order and delivers it, and build around that rather than around a template.
Below: the sectors where there is published work you can inspect, and the sectors we work in without one. The difference is stated rather than blurred.
Projects you can open and read
Part numbers arriving on WhatsApp, a catalogue too large to present, and a quotation that loses the order if it takes a day.
The enquiry arrives on chat and the order goes to whoever replies first with a price the buyer trusts. The work is on capture, speed and customer memory.
Programmes and content that have to stay organised as they grow.
Membership levels, course libraries and mentoring, usually in two languages. The work is on the structure that lets it grow without becoming unmanageable.
The product is the analysis, so how it is presented is the commercial asset.
The work is on structure, sourcing and consistency: making the material findable, credible and readable in more than one language.
No client case study published yet
Trading and distribution
Wide catalogues, repeat buyers, and margin in how fast you answer.
Professional and B2B services
Proposal-led selling and long cycles, where the whole pipeline is carried by two or three people.
Established SMEs
Businesses that have grown past informal processes and now need something clearer for sales, operations and reporting.
Listed here means the operating problems are ones KARNOVA is equipped to work on — not that a published client case exists. When one does, it appears in Selected work.
What stays the same, and what is rebuilt every time.
Three things are constant. We trace real work end to end before proposing anything. We set a baseline from the business's own records rather than from a survey. And we build with the people who will have to use it.
Everything else is rebuilt: how the customer buys, what a quotation has to contain, and which numbers management actually trusts. Those are different in every business, and they are what a sector page cannot tell us in advance.
No sector statistic, market size or industry benchmark appears on these pages. We have not measured one, so we do not publish one.
