Four offers that read as four products.
Ecosystem Academy teaches market analysis through a structured course path, practice tools, an assistant for chart preparation, and mentorship. Each part had its own audience and its own reason to exist.
Presented separately they competed for the same visitor. The problem was organisation rather than content.
A Persian-speaking audience with a smaller English-speaking one meant the platform had to be composed twice. And because the academy teaches method and takes no position on outcomes, the educational boundary had to be unmistakable at every point of contact without sounding defensive.
One platform, four pillars of equal weight.
A brand and an architecture that hold four offers together, route membership through a single pricing structure, and make the no-signals boundary a structural statement rather than a disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
A learning platform with one spine.
Identity, ten-section architecture, and the content and social system that keeps it publishing after handover.
-
01
Brand identity
An identity that stays consistent across a platform with ten sections and two scripts.
- Horizontal lockup and mark
- Persian and Latin type pairing
- Colour and layout rules
- Social identity and templates
-
02
Platform architecture
Four pillars given equal standing, with access levels routed through one pricing page.
- Ten-section site map
- Four-pillar platform band
- Membership tiers and access levels
- Seven-stage course path
- Account, login and registration routes
-
03
Content system
A library and a publishing routine, with the educational boundary stated section by section.
- Article and resource library
- Tool documentation pages
- Educational-only statements per section
- WhatsApp, Telegram and social channels
Composed twice, not translated once.
The Persian edition is the primary composition. Latin product names stay Latin and left-to-right inside Persian sentences, and the pricing figures stay comparable across both editions.
Structure applied to an education business.
This project shows KARNOVA taking a business with several offers and giving it one architecture: a brand, a platform structure, membership logic and a content system that a small team can keep running in two languages.
What is not claimed
No enrolment, revenue or engagement figures are published here. Membership tiers shown in the screenshots are the platform's own published structure.
